What you'll do:
Respond to calls, emails and chat requests in a customer centric and professional mannerIdentify and escalate (triage) issues accordinglyUpdate cases in our CRM with accuracyCommunicate case statuses to customersAttempt to solve cases as promptly as possible while setting the correct expectation with the customerGeneral production support including SQL querying databases, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services and report creation, including but, not limited to recurring reportsDevelop and execute SQL scripts to resolve production issues and create reports accordinglyParticipate in case review meetings for issues escalated to developmentProvide recommendations for process and product improvement, aiming to increase operational efficiencyAnswer developer and end user questions through the development life cycleComplete functional testing on assigned projectsWhat you'll bring:Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, Browsers and Windows ServerStrong knowledge working with SQL servers and relational database systemsKnowledge of IIS Server to configure Web Based Enterprise ApplicationsData investigation and reporting skillsOperational management such as: prioritizing competing tasks, thorough communication skills as well as managing shifting prioritiesDocumentation, SQL coding and reporting criteria to a level consistent with departmental standardsStrong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to operate within a teamProven experience working on and meeting deadlinesStrong organizational skillsWhy you should apply: Competitive Salaries with RRSP matching program Generous paid vacay and sick days A powerful Laptop Budget for courses, books, and personal development Peer to peer recognition and rewards Team building events, happy hours and more
