The overall purpose of this position is to provide Hyundai vehicle technical support to the Company's Dealer Network so that problems are documented and issues resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Respond to dealership requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Follow standard help desk procedures
Log all help desk interactions
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Document and escalate emerging quality issues from the field
Excellent Automotive Technical skills
Advanced knowledge and understanding of automotive electrical systems, including in-depth experience with vehicle networks (CAN, LIN bus) as well as experience with BEV systems
Experience with teaching/coaching technical aptitudes
diploma / certificate / trade license or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Flexible start times and Hybrid working environment.
