Notre équipe chargée des opérations ACFM prend de l'expansion Nous cherchons à pourvoir un poste de responsable, Services aux conseillers – une personne chargée de fournir un niveau de service de haute qualité à nos clients/clientes tant internes qu'externes. La personne choisie sera appelée à répondre à toutes les demandes de renseignements provenant des conseillers/conseillères et des succursales afin d'assurer l'exactitude et l'efficacité du service pour tout le monde d'une manière professionnelle. La principale responsabilité de ce poste consiste à offrir du soutien administratif aux conseillers/conseillères d'IPC.

Fonctions du ou de la responsable, Services aux conseillers

  • Traiter tous les documents liés aux : RER, FEER, CRI, FRV, fiducies (légalement constituées et implicites), comptes de succession et comptes de société.
  • Entrer les demandes d'opération (achats, ventes, échanges) dans les bases de données appropriées.
  • Traiter les transferts entrants et sortants, vérifier l'établissement des nouveaux comptes, saisir les directives pour les opérations automatiques, traiter les retraits et les désenregistrements.
  • Traiter les paiements préautorisés, les retraits automatiques, les achats, les rachats, les transferts et les échanges ainsi que s'assurer de l'exactitude des opérations.
  • Faire le suivi des rapports mensuels afin de prévoir les échéances et les versements d'intérêts.
  • Traiter rapidement, efficacement et avec précision tous les documents liés aux opérations tels que les lettres d'intention, remises de commission, demandes de chèques, et ce, pour les succursales et les conseillers/conseillères.
  • Examiner et préparer mensuellement les rapprochements des comptes d'intermédiaire.
  • Créer et examiner les mises à jour de nature non financière envoyées aux sociétés de fonds par Fundserv.
  • Aider à la réalisation des tests d'applications administratives, selon les besoins.
  • S'occuper de tâches ponctuelles, selon les besoins.

Traits de personnalité et compétences recherchés

  • Capacité de communiquer avec divers publics et du personnel de tous les niveaux.
  • Capacité de réviser et de modifier rapidement le travail des collègues et d'apporter des corrections/modifications, s'il y a lieu.
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion du temps.
  • Capacité de superviser/gérer de multiples projets avec efficacité et de respecter des échéances serrées.
  • Souci du service et aspirations professionnelles.

Aptitudes requises pour le poste

  • Études postsecondaires en administration des affaires.
  • De 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des fonds de placement, plus particulièrement, dans les produits enregistrés des comptes d'intermédiaire.
  • Réussite du CCVM ou du cours de l'IFIC.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), requis.
  • Très bonne connaissance des applications de la suite Microsoft Office, principalement Word et Excel.
  • Contrat de 12 mois
