L'opportunité.
Responsabilités.
- Soutenir l'intégration des comptes financiers dans une société publique internationale, en garantissant des processus transparents, l'exactitude des données et la conformité.
- Élaborer de nouvelles mesures financières intégrées afin d'améliorer les performances de l'entreprise et de permettre une prise de décision fondée sur des données.
- Effectuer des rapprochements de comptes d'actifs et de passifs sélectionnés, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes en suspens.
- préparer les écritures de journal mensuelles et trimestrielles relatives aux transactions bancaires, aux facturations intersociétés, à l'affectation des dépenses et aux régularisations de routine
- contribuer aux activités régulières de budgétisation et de prévision
- participer à la mise en conformité avec la taxe sur les ventes et préparer les déclarations mensuelles
- procéder à une analyse mensuelle des écarts de dépenses, en comparant les résultats réels aux chiffres budgétés et en présentant les résultats à la direction
- mettre en place des mécanismes de collecte de données en continu pour les rapports d'entreprise nouvellement établis
- participer au premier audit des états financiers annuels selon les normes IFRS et s'acquitter des obligations semestrielles en matière d'information des sociétés cotées en bourse
- produire des rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels
- Apporter un soutien aux demandes financières ad hoc et aux projets financiers, le cas échéant.

Qualifications, compétences et expérience.
- Expérience préalable dans un environnement financier ou comptable
- Formation postsecondaire axée sur la comptabilité
- Titre de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA) ou en cours d'obtention de ce titre.
- Expérience ou connaissance des normes internationales d'information financière (IFRS).
- Une expérience de la comptabilité de l'Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) serait un atout, mais n'est pas nécessaire.
- Expérience ou compréhension de contrôles internes rigoureux
- Grande maîtrise d'Excel, y compris des pivots, des formules complexes, etc.
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de travail en équipe et désir d'apprendre et de se développer professionnellement.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec d'autres professionnels de la finance et de la comptabilité.
- Une solide éthique de travail et le souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à fournir des résultats de grande qualité dans les délais impartis.
- Aptitude à l'automatisation et à la rationalisation des processus et procédures financiers.
- La maîtrise de Power Query est un atout.
