Revenue Operations Manager:

Intiveo is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue team. This role will be vital to our growth as we scale our revenue and go-to-market operations. If you've been hands-on in various areas across the revenue function, and you're looking to bring that experience together to lead and build a high-impact RevOps team, this role may be perfect for you


In this role, you will own the revenue tech stack with Salesforce at the core, and will lead sprint planning, architecting, road-mapping, and implementing all new revenue systems and processes.

You will also play a key role in developing and executing strategies for revenue optimization, including analysis of revenue metrics, forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and data orchestration.

At the center of our revenue team, you will be a close partner to the Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams, and will support revenue generation across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Revenue Operations team, developing team members and championing the impact of RevOps internally.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance and Product teams on the architecture and design of new revenue systems and processes.
  • Triage incoming requests, effectively prioritizing for revenue impact and maintaining a balance between urgent support requests and larger projects.
  • Organize sprint planning and execution, gaining buyin from the various stakeholders.
  • Develop processes to remove friction and manual tasks throughout the buyer/customer lifecycle, enabling the revenue teams to operate with higher velocity and efficiency.
  • Streamline contract, invoicing, purchase and renewal processes with enhancements to our subscription billing system, Chargebee.
  • Analyze revenue data and identify trends, opportunities, and risks to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
  • Get handson, deploying new functionality in Salesforce and other revenue systems.
  • Build management reporting and dashboards with input from the Revenue Leaders.
  • Creating training and documentation on newly released processes and technology.
  • Team capacity planning and management of our external Salesforce agency.
  • Management of all platform vendors and contract negotiations.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years' experience in revenue operations, sales/marketing/cx operations, finance or revenue leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • You have advancedlevel experience with CRM administration (Salesforce CRM and HubSpot MAP preferred), and other integrated revenue systems such as Chargebee, Outreach, Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, and AppPoint.
  • You love collaborating and communicating with crossfunctional stakeholders and revenue leadership to achieve collective revenue goals.
  • You have excellent analytical and excel skills, with an understanding of core revenue metrics and forecasting models.
  • You have strong project management skills with the tenacity to take an implementation from start to finish.
  • You are a great communicator, with the ability to take highly technical concepts and turn them into something everyone can understand.
  • You have a love for tech and feel confident learning and implementing new systems.
  • You are passionate about RevOps, and stay uptospeed with new concepts and ideas
