Responsibilities

  • Enter material receipts data into ERP system and verify costing and units are accurate against vendor invoice.
  • Match and verify packing slips against purchase orders.
  • Process receiving inventory documentation.
  • Once material receipts are verified and updated, save all documentation onto share folder and the ERP system.
  • Process purchase order adjustments as defined by Procurement team.
  • Receive invoices, match against supporting documents (purchase orders, receiving records, etc.), investigate and resolve any discrepancies, obtain appropriate approvals when needed and process invoices for payment with Finance team.
  • Assists with inventory
  • Verify nonconformance purchase orders are entered correctly.
  • Backup receiving team members when they are absent, as necessary.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
