Paint Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Erin Mills Paint & Decor.

As a key member of our sales team, you will assist customers in finding the perfect products for their painting, decorating, window coverings and more.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on paint, wallpaper, stains, and window coverings.
  • Operate the pointofsale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and process credit card payments
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new product launches, and advancements in paint, wallpaper, stains, and window coverings.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Commute reliably to work
  • 1+ years experience in the industry
  • Interior Design Diploma/Certificate
  • Must be able to lift 5 gallon pail of paint (50+ lbs)

Salary:
$17.50-$23.00 per hour
