Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the identification of trends, gaps and opportunities through data analysis and makes appropriate recommendations to management. Ensures appropriate corrective action is taken where undue risks/ issues are identified, through follow up reviews.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of business changes and compliance requirements. Leverages tools and best practices to help core business deliver excellence in performance and customer service.
  • Contribute to the RMALO's growth and profitability by ensuring the quality of services provided to partners and external clients is consistently high, as well as providing advice and guidance to unit leaders as required.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships by working with units and business partners. Provides support and guidance to business units to mitigate risk, support compliance activities and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
