Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations. This includes logistics, inventory management, functions, processes. Your expertise in FOOD Supply Chain will be crucial in ensuring the efficient flow of product throughout our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Day to day activities of tendering loads and monitoring shipments
  • Ensure that all relevant data is gathered, recorded and maintained for each order
  • Generate commercial invoices and distribute to customers
  • Process service providers billings, disputes, discrepancies
  • In
vestigate customer claims, deductions in relation to transportation charges, delivery discrepancies Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular reconciliations Streamline logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation within the supply chainExperience:
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain or similar role
  • In
  • depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and systems
  • Knowledge of Business Central Dynamics 365 (considered an asset)
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Attention to detail, strong problem
  • solving skills, initiative and sound judgement
  • Be a self
  • starter, collaborative team member who takes proactive steps and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
