We are actively looking for a Full Time Operations Admin Assistant who will be based in our Delta BC Facility on Annacis Island (Richmond BC).

    :790 Belgrave Way, Delta BC
This full time position will be working to assist dispatch operations, service audits and reports generation.

Regularly, the work is from Monday to Friday, though due to the nature of our operations, it is an expectation that there will be occasions that work days and shift hours will be temporarily adjusted.


Job Summary:

Operations Admin Assistant - Requires very good multi-tasking and decision making skills, in a fast paced office environment.

This position performs general office duties that will primarily be dealing with Customers and Customer Inquiries. There will be administrative tasks performed using various in house systems as well Salesforce and MS Office 365.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Customer Service Experience (online and phone)
  • Dispatch Operations (preferred but not required)
