  • Assisting customers in booking flights by providing accurate and up-to-date information on available flight options, prices, and itineraries;
  • Understand customer preferences and travel requirements to recommend suitable flight options and ancillary services such as seat upgrades, travel insurance, and additional baggage;
  • Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized service, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact to postsales support;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and promotions to effectively communicate relevant information to customers and maximize sales opportunities;
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment, sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance overall team performance;
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, meeting or exceeding set KPIs while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, bookings, and related data in the CRM system;
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and selflearning to enhance performance and stay uptodate with industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus;
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry is desirable, but not mandatory;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and provide personalized service;
  • Detailoriented mindset, capable of multitasking and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously;
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems, online booking platforms, and other relevant software;
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a passion for sales and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet and exceed customer expectations;
  • Adaptability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations;
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
