Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management:_
  • Develop and implement robust inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment.
  • Financial Control:_
  • Manage daytoday financial transactions and documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Accounting Tasks:_
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies through the collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Ensure strict compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration:_
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications/Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Demonstrated over 5 yrs related experience in inventory management and control.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Consideration

Job Types:

Pay:
$46.15-$46.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
