Pravada Floors Inc., based out of South Surrey, British Columbia, is a leading North American wood flooring manufacturer. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

DUTIES:

  • Responsible for daytoday operations such as order entry, order processing, and coordination of shipping/receiving.
  • Responsible for daily customer account correspondence including product and account inquiries.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of product inventory.
  • General sales and customer service support.
  • Responsible for sending out monthly account statements including contacting accounts for payment and collections.
  • Filing, organizing, and answering phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Work efficiently in a fastpaced environment, demanding customer environment with a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Show a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Must be detailoriented and an excellent team player.
