  • Specialized Services functions that provision contact center infrastructure and networkrelated infrastructure work for Real Estate and/or Branch environments, hardware assets etc.

About This Role


We are seeking a
Db2 for z/OS Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team providing system support of Db2 for z/OS in the Mainframe Database Technical Services group.


Requirements:

  • Maintain Db2z Databases on the z/OS platform.
  • Support Db2z related products.

Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations:

  • College / University or equivalent work experience

Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Solid understanding of Db2z Databases internal and/or external
  • Solid understanding of Db2z component and architecture
  • Sound knowledge of Db2z diagnostics tools (Broadcom Db-Tools, Db2 Utilities is an asset)
  • Data Modeling experience is an asset
  • Performance analysis skills is an asset
  • Sound programming skills, Assembler and Cobol knowledge is an asset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
