Overview

The Director of Finance and Analysis plays a vital role in supporting product and service reporting, client profitability reporting, and enterprise KPI and metrics. Acting as a link between senior leadership and Finance, this position offers financial guidance to senior leaders and ensures the Finance team provides insightful analysis to facilitate informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in completing annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Prepare monthly reports comparing results to budget and forecast
  • Identify operational enhancements through data analysis
  • Oversee metric and KPI reporting
  • Provide financial analysis for key business issues
  • Conduct performance reviews and guide staff development
  • Drive metric and KPI automation
  • Support in preparing materials for Board of Director meetings
  • Perform any other assigned duties
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8 years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience
  • 5 years of leadership/management experience
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, and database tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
  • MBA or CMA certification
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or insurance industry
Additional Requirements
  • Occasional travel up to 10%
  • Physically capable of sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and having specific vision abilities
Reporting Structure
  • Reports to Senior Director in the Finance department

The salary for this role ranges from $109,000 to $174,000 based on experience and skills. Compensation may vary by up to 8% based on the applicant's location.
