Oshawa, Ontario, Canada Acosta Sales & Marketing Full time

Drive increased sales and market share within the designated territory through direct and indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store personnel.

Build relationships with retail partners and carrier stores to share knowledge through training and incentives to promote brand advocacy.

Collect data using Mosaic systems to provide market-level reporting including market intelligence and competitive activities.

Maintain a visible presence in assigned carrier and retail stores.

Ensure product display compliance with planogram guidelines and device functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 – 8+ years of sales or retail sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in analyzing sales and market data
  • Ability to build strong relationships and conduct training events
  • Skilled in working with store management and teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle administrative responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift 25lbs
  • Familiarity with Google services
