Position Description

This position is responsible for all aspects of Operations within the District and maximize production, minimize costs and to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as required with managers, salaried and front line employees at each location to ensure that they are achieving results set out by the company
  • Ensure new employees are educated on topics such as: E360s Values, company policies and procedures, ethics, and product knowledge.
  • Create a culture around our people, safety and customer service.
  • Regularly schedule performance and development plans of managers and team to ensure they are meeting objectives/goals and acting responsible and professional.
  • Providing leadership and direction to store managers in all aspects of operations.
  • Recruit, train, transfer knowledge, coach and identify areas of opportunity and provide correction to branch managers.
  • Manage the operations of the district to include resolving customer complaints
  • Identify new opportunities in the marketplace and developing strategies to meet these opportunities.
  • Support corporate policies and initiatives
  • Communicate guidelines (rules and regulations) within the district
  • Communicate with executive leadership regarding business performance, challenges, opportunities, and other relevant information
  • Ensure operations within the district are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide operational reporting, and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensuring operational efficiencies in each location
  • Ensure marketing efforts are consistent across District
  • Ensure all business units meet safety and cleanliness standards
  • Represent and promote the E360s brand in a positive and effective manner
  • Manage the regional budget to ensure each business unit operates within the budget.
  • Monitoring each business units P&L reports.
  • Prepare and present monthly operating and financial reports to ensure a profitable and growth mindset of the business.
  • Addressing operational problems/opportunities that arise.
  • Set and improve site standards through expectations, coaching and inspection people, facilities, equipment and customers sites as required.
  • Ensure customer service levels are consistent across all business units with the district.
  • Acting as a liaison between Corporate and the district.
  • Overseeing operational practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
