We are seeking someone to join our work family. As a receptionist, you are the first and often last point of contact for our business.

We need an organized, friendly, caring individual who can adapt quickly, learn people's names and make them feel welcome and cared for.

Previous dental office experience would be exceptional, but we can train. You would be part of an experienced team.


You need to be professional, prioritize, work within the existing group (we haven't needed to hire for 9 years and we are expanding, not losing anyone).

You would be booking appointments (by phone, in person, and using text), following up treatment plans, accepting payment, etc all on a web based dental practice management software.

(Curve and Dexis)

We do provide a standup desk with treadmill. Our hours are favourable (8-5:15), and we could go as low as a 3 day work week. We need consistency and reliability.

Pay:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
