Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to fill a temporary receptionist position for our client, a reputable company located in Saskatoon, SK. This is an on-call position to cover reception for vacation and sick time.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with answering phones, receiving mail, and responding to inquiries
- Work with colleagues to cover desks and duties of office staff while on vacation
- Follow all instructions and guidelines to complete work tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Understand policies and procedures of the company and relay to visitors and clients
- Excellent communication skills; must be outgoing and willing to converse with clients, visitors, and colleagues
- Previous office experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent availability, particularly during the summer months
