FINANCIAL ANALYST ROLE:
- Carry out monthly financial tasks and journal entries to support the Internal Group Accounting team.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Transactions Team Supervisor and Group Accounting Manager to meet deadlines.
- Interact with various functional groups within Finance and Operations.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and analyses.
- Maintain general ledger accounts with precision.
- Assist in process standardization and system implementation projects.
- Aid in internal and external audit requests.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Business, Accounting, or related education background.
- Enrolled in or completed a professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA).
- 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting.
- Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
