Training Program
Looking to learn a new career? Something challenging, rewarding and fun? Want to earn a good wage but have very little experience?

Are you looking to get back into the work force after being home for several years?
Do you currently have a job that pays very little, and you are under appreciated?
Are you hard working, detail oriented, a fast learner and like working with your hands?
Have you considered a job in the trades?
Residential house painting is a rewarding career in the trades with the potential to make a great income.
Training will start at $18/hr and increase incrementally as your skill level improves.

If you already have some painting experience, we will evaluate you for the first week and adjust your wage accordingly.

At the end of your 6-month training period, if you meet the target goals, you will reach
$25/hr plus bonuses and fully paid benefits.

You must:
Be friendly and pleasant
Enjoy working with your hands
Enjoy being physical
Enjoy working as a team
Be able to work independently
Follow directions well
A quick learner
Have a valid drivers license
Have a vehicle and insurance
Be willing to drive to work sites

Work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30

Be able to do some overtime
Be fully vaccinated for Covid
Be willing to buy basic tools
