Your Role at Pinchin:
  1. Provide managerial and project coordination support to technical team in large-scale projects.
  2. Monitor budgets, prepare detailed invoices, and support field program coordination for large-scale projects.
  3. Assist project staff with the preparation of technical reports and recommendations.
  4. Communicate with Clients and understand their project requirements.
  5. Assist client manager with client relations and deliverables.
  6. Prepare proposals.
  7. Participate in initiatives with the Marketing department and develop business development skills to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
  8. Build leadership and mentorship skills by working with and mentoring junior staff.
What you bring to the Pinchin team:

Education: A bachelor's degree in science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred) or bachelor's degree in engineering or Applied Science. A P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation is not required but is considered an asset.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience within environmental consulting, at least 2 of which should be in a project management position. Experience with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial management. Experience with business development initiatives and client interaction.

Skills: Valid driver's license and insurance are required. Strong communication skills, professional presentation, writing skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
