About NAR:

North American Rectifiers dates back to 1965 when it was originally founded as Thyristor Devices Ltd. by Hugh Neames. Mr.

Neames understood the challenges of platers and set out to engineer and develop a rectifier designed for the plating industry.

His rectifiers quickly became mainstream and the rectifier standard for platers across Canada.

The Position:

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting outside sales, generating sales opportunities, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, scheduling QPS inspections, purchasing components from vendors and supporting the rectifier build team with internal administration duties.

This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and can build relationships.


What You Will Do:

  • Support the overall business sales plan and goals in collaboration with the Director and Project Manager
  • Answer office incoming phone calls
  • Support the needs of outside sales by entering new incoming orders, placing orders with vendors, generating quotes as required.
  • Support rectifier build team as required with administration
  • Receive incoming pe shipments
  • Prepare out going orders
  • Schedule QPS rectifier inspections
  • Generate sales leads, identify new business opportunities and prospective partnerships
  • Create and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure the selling process is effective and efficient, client centred
  • Participate and facilitate with SUR/FIN trade show

What You Bring:

  • Technical inside sales experience demonstrating results
  • Post secondary education to support technical sales preferred
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving goals, driving revenue & profitability through a client solution/centered approach
  • Solid technical/industrial equipment experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organization and task prioritization skills sets
  • Genuine interest in uncovering client needs and solving them
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and achieves results
  • Strong software capability, MS Office, Contact Relationship Management software, efficient utilization of digital tools
  • Travel: this position might require travel within USA and Canada

From $50,000.00 per year
