Where do you come in? We are looking for talented
Paint Line Operator for the Day Shift who has a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.


As a Paint Line Operator, you will

  • Chipping of parts prior to loading
  • Hand cleaning and surface preparation of parts prior to loading
  • Loading parts with proper tagging
  • Unloading different parts to crats/skids related to the same job
  • Record all data on the appropriate sheet/tablet
  • Selecting the route for parts to follow
  • Selecting the paint colour for parts to be painted
  • Maintain your workstation in a clean, well ordered fashion at all times floor swept Ensure that garbage is emptied and floor is free of debris prior to end of shift.

Who are we looking for? Someone who has:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in manufacturing
  • Good knowledge of Cranes, Walkies and pneumatic grinder
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics and follow written or verbal instructions
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent organization and problemsolving skills
  • Team player and good communication skills
