En tant que Responsable de Secteur, vous serez chargé de gérer les opérations globales de trois restaurants. Votre principal objectif sera le recrutement de personnel exceptionnel, la formation et le développement de votre équipe, et assurer le fonctionnement fluide de chaque restaurant tout en maintenant nos standards élevés de service et d'apparence.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de trois emplacements de restaurant.
- Recruter, former et gérer le personnel des restaurants pour garantir un service exceptionnel.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures organisationnelles pour une efficacité optimale.
- Maintenir des normes élevées de propreté, de présentation et de conformité aux réglementations de sécurité des restaurants.
- Effectuer des visites régulières des sites pour assurer l'adhésion aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
- Préparer et examiner les rapports de performance, les métriques financières et les objectifs opérationnels.
- Travailler étroitement avec la direction pour aligner les pratiques opérationnelles avec les objectifs stratégiques.
- Résoudre tout problème lié au personnel ou à la satisfaction des clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience avérée en tant que Responsable de Secteur, Directeur Régional ou dans un rôle de gestion similaire dans l'industrie de la restauration ou de l'hospitalité.
- Fortes compétences en leadership avec une capacité démontrée à motiver et gérer des équipes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Connaissance des normes et réglementations de l'industrie.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à naviguer dans des environnements à haute pression.
- Un diplôme de licence en administration des affaires, gestion de l'hospitalité ou dans un domaine connexe est préféré.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste de gestion à volume élevé et rythme soutenu
- Connaissance et passion pour l'hospitalité, la restauration et/ou la gestion
- Doit être bilingue (français et anglais)
- Compétences organisationnelles et attitude d'esprit d'équipe
- Un diplôme en hospitalité ou équivalent est considéré comme un atout

- Area Manager - Restaurant Operations

**About Us**:
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of three restaurants. Your primary focus will be on hiring exceptional staff, training and developing your team, and ensuring each restaurant operates smoothly and maintains our high standards of service and appearance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of three restaurant locations.
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff to ensure outstanding service.
- Develop and implement organizational procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review performance reports, financial metrics, and operational goals.
- Work closely with senior management to align operational practices with strategic goals.
- Address and resolve any issues related to staff or customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Min 2 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced managerial position
- Knowledgeable and passionate about hospitality, restauration and/or management
- Must be Bilingual (French & English)
- Organizational skills and a team player attitude

*A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
