Functional Architect

Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and propose solutions
• Create functional design documents, test plans, and manage the testing cycle to ensure successful project delivery
• Configure and customize Oracle ERP to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with standard Oracle methodologies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to functional analysts and developers
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system
• Keep uptodate with new Oracle ERP functionality and advise on the adoption of new features and technologies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, accounting or related field
• French mandatory or bilingualism require.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management
• Expertise in Oracle ERP modules and their integration with other enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) components, and Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Oracle ERP certifications are preferred.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
