The Business Analyst will be the change agent and focus on driving continuous improvement with the Order to Cash groups.

This role will support stabilization activities and issue resolutions for OTC and act as a Subject Matter Expert within Order to Cash.

The analyst is expected to drive accurate Business Requirements for any net new project, product, or initiative.

In addition, the Business Analyst will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the stages of the Testing lifecycle as it relates to all Order to Cash (OTC) functions.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communicating with business crossfunctional teams, Innovapost, and any offshore team members as required and conducting review sessions with the various functions in OTC to document and review processes and determine suitable functional controls.
  • Develop business requirements, read, and understand all functional requirement documents and understand the testing scope.
  • Responsible for developing test scripts, prioritizing testing activities, executing all test scripts, reporting defects, defining the severity and priority of defects, and carrying out regression testing every time changes are made to code to fix defects.
  • Provide support to the OTC functions and review processes regularly to implement adequate controls, identify gaps and suggest areas for process improvements
  • Provide leadership and guidance in the Lean and Continuous Improvement transformation
  • Responsible for facilitating 5S and KAIZEN Lean events for OTC
  • Required to make recommendations for LEAN / Six Sigma projects using best practices methods and ideas as well as coach and mentor others
  • Primarily focus on requirements gathering, documentation, and test design for different phases of the testing cycle for any new project or initiative within OTC.
  • Expected to be testing experts who understand testing automation, cloud experience, and agile methodologies.
  • Focused on developing, designing, and executing a suite of test scripts and cases of complex billing, invoice payments, and AR modules for all lines of business.
    Qualifications
  • Recognized Diploma or Certification related to Business/System Analytics or Testing Analytics.
  • Developed proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP FI/CO is essential
  • Over 3 years and including 4 years (generally progressive experience
  • Process improvement, Lean, Six sigma
  • Intimate knowledge of SAP, CLI, and OBPP and can interface with other SAP ERP Modules
  • Ability to perform complex formulas in excel and create pivot tables
- knowledge in the Structuring of processes and controls

  • Proficient in developing monitoring criteria and systems
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate and lead change management
  • Ability to multitask and analyze complex billing data with mínimal direction.
  • Possess leadership qualities and needs to be an independent thinker.
