The Personalization Engineering team is responsible for ideation, design, engineering, and implementation of software in the Marketing Technology ecosystem at Scotiabank.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering to join this dynamic team and take on a challenging and exciting role.

As the Senior Manager, Engineering specializing in Personalization (MarTech), you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers to develop, implement, and optimize Personalization solutions for our clients.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality MarTech solutions on time and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the Adobe MarTech suite.
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of MarTech solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.

Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to maximize the effectiveness of Personalization solutions.

Collaborate with product management and UX/UI teams to enhance the user experience and drive continuous improvement of solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on MarTech solutions.
Adobe, Salesforce, or Braze)
Strong understanding of customer personalization strategies and techniques within the MarTech domain.
Experience leading and managing engineering teams in an agile environment.
