Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, organized and dedicated
Pharmacy Assistant on a Part-time/Full-time basis.

This is a critical role within our organization and requires a reliable, efficient, and hard-working individual with excellent interpersonal skills and an open availability to work all shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong motivation to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with Kroll is an asset

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • A diploma from a Pharmacy Assistant program

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Confirmation of accuracy and completeness of all information during prescription intake
  • Accurate filling of prescription medications
  • Providing great customer service
  • Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems
  • Handling customer prescription pick up & cashing out
  • Offering excellent telephone service

Job Type:
Part-time/Full Time

Experience:

  • Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

$16.55-$18.50 per hour
