At SpeechAim we offer a positive and flexible work experience with a wonderful team of passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Communicative-Disorders Assistants (CDAs).

We work together to provide leading speech and language assessment and therapy in the comfort of clients' homes, daycares, and work environments and aim to expand and fine-tune our clients communication skills.

You'll be able to work in person in Etobicoke and surrounding areas.

New grads are welcome. Training and mentorship opportunities are available.

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessment in a community setting using formal and informal assessment tools
  • Creating a treatment plan with SMART goals that reflect the client's communication profile and areas of difficulty
  • Providing client and familycentered intervention
  • Solid knowledge of evidencebased practices and commitment to professional development
  • Engaging in caregiver training and education, and providing home practice materials

Requirements:

  • Must have Master's Degree of Speech-Language Pathology
  • Must be registered and in good standing with CASLPO
  • Have professional liability insurance
  • Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • At least one year of pediatric work experience is an asset
