As a Guarantees Administrator, you'll be the mastermind behind our claims return process, ensuring everything flows smoothly according to our impeccable procedures.

Fulltime from Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Organizational wizard for receiving and managing merchandise returns from branches
  • Communication ace for relaying necessary information to manufacturers for warranties
  • Pillar of rigor for overseeing tracking and management of claims and returns with suppliers

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Comfortable with MS Office software (Outlook, Excel)
  • Desire for learning and growth in English and French
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and positive team
