As a Guarantees Administrator, you'll be the mastermind behind our claims return process, ensuring everything flows smoothly according to our impeccable procedures.

Fulltime from Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Organizational wizard for receiving and managing merchandise returns from branches
- Communication ace for relaying necessary information to manufacturers for warranties
- Pillar of rigor for overseeing tracking and management of claims and returns with suppliers

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- High school diploma
- Fluent in French and English
- Comfortable with MS Office software (Outlook, Excel)
- Desire for learning and growth in English and French
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and positive team
