Product Marketing Manager

We're seeking a talented and strategic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our growing team and champion two of our key products: Govstack and bids&tenders. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Public Sector products throughout their lifecycle and ensure their successful market adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, creating compelling marketing campaigns, conduct market research, develop go-to-market strategies, and analyze performance metrics. Your mission is to ensure our products resonate with customers, meet their needs, and stand out in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities :

Driving Product Adoption: In partnership with your Product counterparts, drive the adoption of new and existing products under the GHD Digital Products & Platform banner through skilled positioning, effective messaging, and impactful integrated campaigns - ultimately driving revenue and stickiness, and business impact for our customers.

Harnessing Data and Research to Drive Impact: Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis to inform our product marketing approach - understanding internal data, emerging industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to ensure GHD Digital's products are well-positioned and truly differentiated.

Scaling Product Education: Educate customers at scale on product features by developing and disseminating clear, engaging content, such as in-app messaging, webinars, and tutorials tailored to address the needs and questions of our customers.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, and UX) to develop winning go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Define launch plans encompassing distribution channels, promotional activities, and content creation strategies.

Acting as a Cross-Functional Partner: Equip the sales and customer success teams with the necessary product-related content to effectively sell and drive adoption of Govstack and bids&tenders. Utilize insights gathered throughout your work to help the Product and Marketing teams guide future product development and marketing strategies, ensuring GHD Digital remains at the forefront of innovation and customer obsession.

Qualifications :

5+ years of solid industry experience in product marketing or related roles.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends

Proven ability to work closely with product management teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Bonus points for:

Experience in the GovTech or B2G space.

Familiarity with municipal government market and/or procurement
