Randstad Winnipeg is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager/People and Culture Manager to join a fantastic organization located in the North of Winnipeg.

This role will directly report to the CEO of the company and supports employees across multiple provinces.

Responsibilities

  • Managing daytoday HR functions
  • Fullcycle recruitment, Payroll and Benefits, and managing the onboarding process including orientations
  • Working closely with the Executive Team to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and processes
  • Manage employee records, inquiries and employee relations issues
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Previous HR experience minimum of 5 years and ideally experience in a unionized work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and negotiation abilities
  • Outstanding people skills, sense of urgency, and ability to take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP
