The Role:


We're looking for an
Implementation Specialist to join our growing
Customer Success team In this role, you will play an integral role in the customers' success in their first 90 days, ensuring that they receive an exceptional onboarding experience.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the onboarding lifecycle, enabling customers to have a seamless and enjoyable transition into Push.

We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple training sessions with up to 5 different clients daily
  • Define and execute a successful launch with every client alongside internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional service experience by providing value to the client on each training session
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their retention and full satisfaction
  • Investigate and/or escalate customers' technical issues and ensure its resolution
  • Identify and execute on upsell opportunities when appropriate
  • Work cross functionally with departments such as; Project Coordinators, Data Migration Specialists, Sales, Support, and the Payments team to ensure the client has a successful launch experience
  • Work closely with Product in providing customer feedback, helping us build the most highimpact product for our customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years of customer onboarding/implementation experience at a tech company
  • You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
  • You are a strong verbal and written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are able to assess customer needs and deploy appropriate strategies to ensure that they are met in a timely manner
  • You have the ability to translate difficult technical concepts into simple digestible language
  • You analyze challenges proactively and brainstorm effective solutions
  • You have immaculate attention to detail
  • Fluency in the English language
