Reporting to the Implementation Team Lead, we're seeking a detail oriented Implementation Specialist to deliver on the technical implementation of 3D content and story(ies) for VRIFY clients.
You are a futuristic thinker and strong communicator who can juggle multiple clients and timelines simultaneously. Organized is an understatement. You enjoy collaborating with industry experts and other internal departments to deepen your knowledge of new domains and technologies.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our CS, 3D Design and Data Teams and partner directly with senior level executives and technical specialists from our client companies to deliver timely and compelling representations of their story in our VRIFY platform.


You should have:

  • A background in mineral exploration/mining, geology, 3D modelling systems and/or GIS specialist knowledge.
  • A passion for driving value and delivering exceptional client experience.
  • Proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Mature, confident and sensitive to the needs of clients (internal and external) of all abilities.
  • Comfort and confidence leading 'in person' live sessions through Zoom or Google Meet.
  • A strong drive for continued learning and growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the successful launch and ongoing engagement of VRIFY clients by overseeing and delivering multiple customer content projects in parallel including collection and organization of data files, assignment of tasks and prioritization with 3D, Data and production teams, creation of projects and VRIFY Decks.
  • Deliver a "consultant" perspective on building VRIFY content through the launch process.
  • Manage and communicate project timelines (via project management software), requirements and ongoing status to clients and dedicated Customer Success Manager.
  • Facilitate content review sessions with clients, document and action feedback
  • Resolve issues by making timely, quality decisions or escalations.
  • Collaborate with customer success manager to ensure longterm customer success
  • Gain and maintain an expert understanding of VRIFY's suite of products as well as best practices in our clients' industry.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience utilizing strong client service and technical delivery of a software product (bonus for mining technology).
  • Proven ability to build exceptional working relationships across a diverse group of client stakeholders, get to the root of their required outcomes through the use of technology and drive towards them.
  • Project Management experience/proven experience managing multiple simultaneous deliverables, detail oriented.
  • Strong decisionmaking, multitasking, verbal/written communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and developing expertise in new technologies and domains.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment
  • A strong eye for design principles
  • Experience working with Content Management System (ie: Wordpress), Apple Scene Kit, mining technologies or 3D modelling

Education/Certification/License:

  • Degree in Geology or GIS Specialist preferred but not required

Location of work:

  • Full time remote
  • Preferably accessible to the Lower Mainland as some inoffice collaboration will be required
