**roducteur‧trice**, vous veillerez à guider les projets du concept à la sortie et à gérer par la suite les opérations en direct. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la production et du développement de toutes les différentes disciplines telles que l'art, le design et la programmation/l'ingénierie afin de vous assurer que nous avançons dans les bons délais, surpassons les problèmes, trouvons des solutions créatives et gardons l'équipe motivée. Nous recherchons un réel collaborateur; une personne qui trouve du plaisir dans les défis. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec toutes les équipes et rapporterez directement au Chef de Studio.

Rovio has opened a Montreal studio, with the goal to reinvent the way people play games. We are building a hand-on team of PC/Console artists, technologists, designers, and creatives to help create our new game. Come help us build a culture of trust, passion, and innovation. **Summary of your role**:
At Rovio, we believe that great games are made by people who are passionate about actually making them As a
**Producer,** you will participate in guiding projects from concept to release and manage afterward the live operations. In this role you will be responsible for production and development of all the different disciplines, such as art, design, and programming/engineering work to make sure we are moving forward, on schedule, getting in front of problems, coming up with creative solutions and keeping the team motivated. We are looking for a real collaborator, someone who finds the fun in challenges. You will work closely with all teams and report directly to the Studio Head.

**En tant que Producteur‧trice, tu es responsable de**:

- Maintenir une feuille de route du jeu avec des étapes claires indiquant à l'équipe et aux parties prenantes si nous sommes sur la bonne voie
- Identifier et aider à éliminer les obstacles
- Répartir les fonctionnalités complexes en tâches
- Travailler avec les développeurs pour obtenir des estimations et prévoir une date de sortie
- Comprendre les pipelines d'art, de design et d'ingénierie suffisamment bien pour que lorsque des informations pertinentes sont présentées lors d'une réunion, vous les ameniez à la bonne personne au bon moment

**Voici quelques-unes des aptitudes, compétences et expériences que nous rechercherons**:

- 5 ans et plus d'expérience dans un poste de production ou dans un rôle similaire
- Passion et intérêt pour les jeux vidéo
- Expérience avec un logiciel de gestion de projet (ex. : Jira)
- Capacité d'adapter votre style personnel pour communiquer avec une grande variété de types de personnalités et motifs. Tu es en mesure de trouver un juste milieu même lorsqu'il y a des arguments enflammés des deux côtés d'un problème
- Excellente capacité à collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (art, design, ingénierie) dans la poursuite d'un objectif commun
- Compréhension de la racine des raisons pour lesquelles un processus ne fonctionne pas et capacité à déployer des améliorations efficaces et durables pour les années à venir
- Capacité à encadrer et à mentorer ses coéquipiers en les aidant à atteindre leur plein potentiel
- Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle - dans un contexte de travail
