**Position Details**:
Relevant du superviseur, service des sinistres, l'expert étudie, évalue et règle les déclarations de sinistre en assurance des particuliers et assurance des entreprises.
- Répondre aux demandes relatives à tous les aspects d'une déclaration de sinistre en assurance des particuliers et assurance des entreprises
- Étudier et évaluer les sinistres d'une variété de polices pour en déterminer la garantie, les dommages, la responsabilité civile et le règlement
- Examiner et analyser les conditions, dispositions et exclusions de polices en fonction de différents types de sinistres.
- Nommer les fournisseurs en sinistres (évaluateurs, experts en sinistres, entrepreneurs, spécialistes, avocats)
- Traiter les paiements (ou refus de paiement) conformément aux niveaux hiérarchiques établis, conditions de la police et directives
- Soumettre tous les dossiers destinés au supérieur immédiat avec les recommandations s'appliquant aux provisions techniques, aux paiements et au règlement, avec suivi à la fermeture du dossier.
- Fournir une rétroaction directe aux fournisseurs en sinistres pour faciliter les enquêtes et les contrôles liés à des sinistres.
- Cibler, diriger et gérer les efforts pour maximiser le droit de subrogation et de recours auprès d'autres parties.
- Conserver des provisions pour sinistres à payer exactes et à jour.
- Conserver et enregistrer dans le système de règlement des sinistres, en temps opportun, des provisions et paiements pour sinistres en suspens, et effectuer l'enregistrement et la déclaration de produits à recevoir.
- Documenter les dossiers sinistres avec les particularités et le traitement liés à chaque sinistre.
- Communiquer au service de souscription toute information recueillie qui pourrait affecter l'évaluation du risque.
- Pouvoir se déplacer au besoin.

**Votre profil**
- Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales
- Posséder un permis de l'AMF pour l'assurance des particuliers et l'assurance des entreprises
- Détenir le titre de PAA ou FPAA
- Posséder au moins deux ans d'expérience comme expert en sinistres
- Avoir la capacité de travailler de manière autonome, mais aussi au sein d'une équipe
- Être capable de s'adapter aux changements de priorités
- Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes pour la négociation, l'analyse et l'enquête
- xcellente aptitude pour la communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, la gestion du temps, résolutions de problèmes et l'organisation
- À l'aise dans un milieu informatisé
