The Service Department is a 24/7 operation committed to a minimum response time of no more than 4 hours.


It is vital that the Service Department maintains a high level of service excellence, maintains a customer-centric focus while achieving profit-center performance targets.


  • PLC experience
  • Knowledge of electrical diagrams
  • Willing and able to travel internationally
  • Extensive travel required
  • Must be able to travel internationally
  • Must have tools (mechanical and electrical) specialty tools will be provided
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Electrical wiring

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Good physical condition, heavy lifting, and climbing are sometimes required
  • Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office for reporting
  • Crane operator and fork truck experience
  • Customer serviceoriented personality
Wage to be determined based on skillset.
