Would you like to be part of a team in a fast-growing, innovative, and collaborative company? Three Farmers is seeking a self-driven, talented professional to join our team as an Assembly Coordinator in our food manufacturing facility.


As a key member of the team, the
Assembly Coordinator is responsible for the assembly of finished goods inventory items.

You will assist in the packaging, assembly, and labelling of Three Farmers product lines.

As well, you will be expected to be able to work independently, follow written production specifications, complete paperwork records, work with heavy product, be detail orientated, and complete large orders on relatively short timelines.


This is a casual part-time position with one (1) 8-hour shift per week and with the possibility of extra shifts per week based on production/assembly needs.

This position is ideal for university students, semi-retired or retired mature adults.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly of orders. This process involves reviewing details of the order, assembling, packing, and creating product labels. These orders are expected to be completed within one business day.
  • Fulfill retail store orders
  • This involves timely preparation of orders with special requirements
  • Maintain shipping stations in good working order and stocked with shipping materials


General labor
  • This job requires a basic level of physicality where you will be standing on your feet most of the day as well as dealing with product that can weigh up to 50lbs
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards
  • Support the team with any other projects or duties required to be completed as needed.
  • High school education is required
  • Previous experience as an order picker/production assembly line work
  • Valid drivers license
  • Effective communication skills are required
  • Able to multitask and make decisions quickly
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with little guidance
  • Being able to work independently and keep yourself organized
  • Attention to detail is crucial as you will be dealing with various order requirements
  • Diligent and punctual
  • Availability and flexibility in work schedule
  • Being able to move/lift 50lbs repeatedly
  • Able to work in a typical warehouse environment with varying temperatures throughout the year
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to new jobs as they arise
