Corporate Recruiter

Provide strategic recruitment support to all corporate level roles.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management to create a partnership in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives
- Work closely with management to proactively identify current and upcoming staffing needs
- Determine most appropriate and costeffective mediums/posting boards, job fairs, hiring events, educational institutions, associations, etc. for advertising opportunities
- Prepare and post job postings/advertisements
- Participate or take the lead in recruitment projects and/or process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management and/or CHRP required
- Minimum 35 years' full cycle recruiting experience in a fastpaced, high growth environment in a large or medium sized organization, recruiting for positions in Finance, Technology, Operations, Marketing, HR, Digital, Research is required
- Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other channels is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain consultative relationships with clients internal and external
- Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify a pipeline of talent through networking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong business acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (Taleo preferred)
- Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of information effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours to meet recruitment needs is required
- Some travel to job fairs may be required
