Responsibilities:


This position will involve field work including installing, monitoring and supporting audio visual equipment for residential and commercial clients, luxurious home theatre installs, installing and repairing a/v wiring systems, assisting our cabling technicians with installs and support calls as needed, and performing site evaluations as needed.

In addition, some administrative tasks are expected including closing work orders and performing industry research in order to make development recommendations.

Also required is packing and unpacking of tools and equipment necessary for each audio/video installation. This entails gathering specific tools and materials and organizing them in the provided bags/boxes before and after each installation.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of computer technology
  • Knowledge of computer networks and infrastructure
  • Ability to terminate, test and tone cables (can be learned in the field)
  • Passion for music and audiovideo equipment
  • Analytical skills a plus
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills (i.e., ability to listen, observe, and interact
with clients, colleagues, etc)

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
