About the Role
As a HVAC Technician with Reliance Home Comfort, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the latest and most efficient solutions.

- A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- A valid Gas Technician II license.
- A certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
- A valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
- A Class G Driver's License.
- 3 – 5 years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment would be an asset.
- Physical ability to perform all work required of this position, including occasional lifting of 15 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, and working inside and outside in all types of weather within environments that can be dusty and/or slippery.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and learn new technologies (Electronics/electricity).
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to wear Company provided uniform.
- Maintain company vehicle to neat, clean, and safe standard.
