Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un planificateur de projet, un coordinateur ou un programmateur enthousiaste et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe exceptionnelle. Nous avons un poste à temps plein à vous proposer chez l'un de nos principaux clients. Vous serez impliqué dans divers grands projets de réhabilitation de barrages, de transport et d'éoliennes dans leur portefeuille.

Vous serez le maître d'œuvre de la planification des projets, de la stratégie d'approvisionnement et des mesures d'atténuation des risques, tout en veillant au bon déroulement de l'ensemble du processus. Responsabilités clés :

Nous recherchons toute personne pouvant assumer les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Élaboration de plans de projet détaillés, accompagnés de calendriers, de jalons et de l'affectation des ressources.
  • Élaboration et gestion des calendriers de projet, évaluation du bon déroulement des calendriers et intégration du nivellement des ressources, le cas échéant.
  • Collaboration étroite avec les différentes équipes afin de garantir que les objectifs du projet soient atteints conformément au budget et aux délais.
  • Suivi de l'avancement du projet et ajustements éventuels pour son bon déroulement.
  • Identification des risques potentiels et recherche de solutions judicieuses pour les atténuer.
  • Rédaction des rapports et des présentations détaillés afin d'informer les parties prenantes.
  • Promotion d'un environnement de collaboration et de communication ouvert avec tous les membres de l'équipe.

Qualifications :

  • BAC en gestion de projet, administration des affaires, ingénierie ou dans un domaine lié.
  • Expérience d'au moins cinq ans en matière de planification de projets ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet (par exemple, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Asana).
  • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations humaines.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
  • Une certification PMP, PRINCE2 ou autre certification pertinente est un atout, sans être une exigence.
  • A noter qu'Equinox parraine les formations et certifications de ses collaborateurs.

Job Description:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Project Planner, Coordinator or Scheduler to join our awesome team. We have a current full-time role ready for you with one of our large clients and you'll be involved in all kinds of large dam rehabilitation, transport and windmill projects in their portfolio.

You'll be the mastermind behind the project's scheduling, supply strategy and risk mitigation measures while ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. If you're a strategic thinker with top-notch organizational skills and love juggling multiple projects, this could be what you're looking for

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who can take on these responsibilities;

  • Create detailed project plans, complete with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Create and master Project Schedules, assess the health of the schedules and integrate resource levelling when required
  • Work closely with different teams to make sure we hit our project goals on time and within budget.
  • Keep an eye on project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
  • Identify potential risks and come up with smart solutions to mitigate them.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep stakeholders in the loop.
  • Foster a collaborative and open communication environment with all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project planning or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Asana).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a bonus but not a requirement.
