RÉSUMÉ

Le Gestionnaire de projet planifie et supervise la réalisation de bout en bout des projets qui lui sont assignés et veille à ce qu'ils soient réalisés dans les délais, le budget et les exigences définis.

À ce niveau de poste :

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Pour les projets assignés :

Planifie et supervise la réalisation de bout en bout des projets assignés. À ce niveau, les projets gérés sont généralement de complexité, de risque et d'exposition modérés. En collaboration avec les parties prenantes du projet, définit la portée, les livrables et les exigences du projet. Élabore et met en œuvre des plans de projet. Détermine les besoins en ressources et en budget, les estimations de coûts et les délais. Identifie les risques du projet et développe et met en œuvre des plans d'atténuation et de contingence. Surveille la réalisation du projet par rapport aux délais et assure une réalisation rapide. Supervise les activités des membres de l'équipe projet et surveille l'achèvement des tâches du projet. Communique l'état d'avancement du projet aux parties prenantes pertinentes. Veille à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans la portée, le budget et les exigences, et respectent toutes les exigences réglementaires, environnementales, de santé et de sécurité.

Gestion de la relation client

Établit et entretient des relations efficaces avec les clients. Responsable de résoudre les problèmes, de gérer les attentes des clients et de garantir leur satisfaction. Autres tâches selon les besoins.

CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

Diplôme universitaire ou collégial, de préférence en technologie architecturale, technologie de la construction, technologie de l'ingénierie ou expérience équivalente. 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de projets. Solide capacité à livrer des projets dans les délais, dans le budget, selon les spécifications et en conformité avec toutes les exigences, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les exigences réglementaires, environnementales, de santé et de sécurité. Solide capacité à élaborer et gérer le budget d'un projet. Solide capacité à atténuer et gérer les risques liés au projet. Compétences avancées en influence, persuasion et négociation pour atteindre les résultats souhaités. Compétences avancées en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Compétences avancées en développement et maintien de relations avec les parties prenantes du projet. Compétences avancées en gestion des relations et des attentes des clients. Un haut degré d'orientation vers le service client. Capacité à gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et évaluer leur performance. Possède une mentalité d'amélioration continue et de qualité, avec le désir de rechercher et d'incorporer en permanence les meilleures pratiques et technologies pour optimiser la réalisation du projet et offrir de la valeur au client. Maîtrise des outils informatiques, en particulier les applications MS Office telles que MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, avec la capacité d'apprendre rapidement de nouvelles applications.

Licences et/ou accréditations professionnelles

L'une ou plusieurs des accréditations suivantes seraient considérées comme un atout : Accréditation du Project Management Institute ou en cours. Certification LEED ou en cours.

SUMMARY

The Project Manager plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and ensures delivery within scope, budget and requirements.

At this position level:

Projects are typically of moderate complexity, risk and exposure.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

For the assigned projects:

Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. At this level, projects managed are typically of moderate complexity, risk and exposure. In collaboration with project stakeholders, defines project scope, deliverables and requirements. Develops and implements project plans. Determines resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines. Identifies project risks and develops and implements mitigation and contingency plans. Monitors project delivery against timelines and ensures timely completion. Oversees the activities of project team members and monitors project task completion. Communicates project status to relevant stakeholders. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental and health and safety requirements.

Client Relationship Management

Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients. Responsible for resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

College or University degree preferably in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology or equivalent work experience 3 to 5 years of project management work experience Solid ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications, and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements. Solid ability to develop and manage project budget Solid ability to mitigate and manage project risks Advanced ability to influence, persuade and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes Advanced communication and interpersonal skills Advanced ability to develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders Advanced ability to manage client relationships and expectations A high degree of client service orientation Ability to manage vendor relationships and performance Possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices and technologies in order to optimize project delivery and deliver value to the client Computer proficiency in MS Office applications in particular – MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, along with ability to quickly learn new applications
