What would you do every day as a Customer Care Advisor?
Deliver extraordinary customer care and value to Small Business Owners in a fast paced, regulated environment.
In this opportunity you will:
- Provide extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inbound phone servicing inquiries_ _from existing customers using our tools and systems in both French and English
- You will add incremental value on each and every interaction with our customers and increase customer loyalty
- You will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing account information while recommending tailored solutions to small business owners
- You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about improving customer experience all while contributing to our growth
