About the Job and the Company:

  • Lead the Concentrator team to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure safety compliance and execute safety plans.
  • Explore new technologies for the Concentrator operations.
  • Collaborate with departments to optimize procedures and maintain process control.
  • Generate production reports, manage forecasting efforts, and address metallurgical defects.
  • Support projects, contribute to budgets, and provide technical expertise.

About You:

  • Must have an Engineering degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mineral Processing.
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and process knowledge skills essential.
