This is a permanent position.

Collaborate with the operations to ensure operations procedures are current and provide the necessary technical support to monitor and control process variables.

Lead the investigation of root causes and action plans to resolve these root causes and eliminate the observed defects.

Ensure the technical services group complies with all divisional & concentrator policies & Procedures.
Promote effective working relationships with all departments to improve the performance of the business.

Provides technical resources and support to projects (capital and operating) ranging from participating on the teams to leading the project.

Participates in short and long-range planning and provides input to Managers' plans.
Engineering degree in a Metallurgical, Chemical or Mineral Processing field is required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
