We are seeking passionate and skilled Beauty Educators to join our team and play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring aspiring beauty professionals.
**We are looking for beauty educators in one or more of the following skills, Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift/ Brow Lamination, Microblading, Henna Brows, Skincare, Microneedling, **an**d Permanent Makeup**
As a Beauty Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover a wide range of beauty techniques, products, and industry trends. Your expertise and dedication will empower our students to excel in their beauty careers and make a meaningful impact in the beauty industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and informative lectures, hands-on workshops, and practical sessions that encompass theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure that curriculum content remains relevant and aligned with industry developments.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, offering constructive feedback to help them improve their technical skills and professional demeanor.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to track student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials, resources, and tools that enhance the overall learning experience for students.

**Qualifications**:

- **Must be FULLY bilingual (English & French) is required.**:

- Atleast 3 years of experience certified in one of the following skills, skills, Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift/ Brow Lamination, Microblading, Henna Brows, Skincare, Microneedling, and Permanent Makeup.
- Experience as an Educator is highly desirable. but is not required for the position (You will receive A-Z guidance on how to teach the courses).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Patient, approachable, and empathetic attitude towards students, coupled with a passion for helping them succeed.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and continuously expanding personal knowledge and skills.

- Nous recherchons des éducatrices de beauté dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : extensions de cils, rehaussement de cils/lamination des sourcils, microblading, sourcils au henné, soins de la peau, microneedling et maquillage permanent.

En tant qu'éducateur(trice) en beauté, vous serez chargé(e) d'élaborer et de dispenser des programmes de formation complets couvrant un large spectre de techniques et de produits de beauté, ainsi que les tendances de l'industrie. Votre expertise et votre dévouement permettront à nos étudiants d'exceller dans leur carrière et d'avoir un impact significatif dans l'industrie de la beauté.

**Principales Responsabilités**:

- Dispenser des cours interactifs et informatifs, des ateliers pratiques et des séances de travaux pratiques qui englobent des connaissances théoriques et des compétences pratiques.
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances, techniques et produits de beauté pour s'assurer que le contenu du programme d'études reste pertinent et aligné sur les développements de l'industrie.
- Fournir des conseils personnalisés et un encadrement aux étudiants, en leur offrant un retour d'information constructif pour les aider à améliorer leurs compétences techniques et leur comportement professionnel.
- Effectuer des évaluations pour suivre les progrès des étudiants, identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer les résultats de l'apprentissage.
- Favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage positif et inclusif qui encourage la créativité, la pensée critique et l'engagement envers les normes éthiques et professionnelles.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de matériel, de ressources et d'outils éducatifs qui améliorent l'expérience d'apprentissage globale des étudiants.
