Responsibilities:
- Increase sales, achieve targets and be part of the incentive program by adding new realtors to the team. Target to achieve the maximum incentive.
What you need to be successful:
- Management or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Must be knowledgeable in the municipal planning process, including zoning bylaws, statutory plans, policy plans, and technical studies related to development.
- Training and experience in Project Management an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Welldeveloped research and analytical skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- English not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
